Like the regular Portarray, this electronic device is used in travel between the Verses, allowing someone to call for retrieval through a Sieve portal. The Gloomspark version is powered by the gift of life energy from Selena, a denizen of Gloom.

When the regular Portarray used by a group from the Initiative ran out of juice. Selena helped by giving it a boost from some of her own eternal electrical energy.
