A mid-level racketeer and criminal in the underworld of Ironsfed. He is known to manage gangs of young pickpockets, though he turns them out into the street just before they turn eleven, so as not to have to pay the wage increase that they are promised. He was watched for several cycles by the Initiative’s secret agent, but the Arc Angel has warned not to interfere with him openly, not yet anyway.
