Paranormal Investigator extraordinaire, he has his roots in eldritch magics emanating from the Gloom Verse, but spends a large amount of time in Proxima, solving cases that range from the mundane to the wildly extraordinary. He has knowledge and ability to travel through Verses, though the Initiative does not yet know how. He has offered his services, though, like any good private detective, for a cost (plus expenses).
