A craven castaway whose backstory is as dubious as his friendly demeanor. He was discovered by the Initiative near an anomaly in Proxima that proved to be a pair of flowers that turn organic matter into gold. His dissembling and diversionary tactics were sniffed out by the Initiative group, but he disappeared before they could discover the whole truth. Whether he was motivated by personal greed, or deeper and more sinister knowledge is an open question, though it is likely that the Initiative has not seen the last of the man known as Fishhooks.
