No. One of our goals is for Verses to be accessible to anyone in the world with a phone. The game will be 100% free to play, even if you don’t have a collection of your own cards.
There are three steps.1) You will need a Tezos wallet to hold your Verses NFTs. Here is a list of available wallets.2) You will need to get Tezos cryptocurrency, or be in a state where MinterPop is able to take USD-based credit cards.3) Show up at MinterPop.com during an auction and put in a bid!4) If you win the auction, the NFT will be automatically sent to your wallet.
There will never be another Foundation Edition or Signature Edition of each piece of art minted after the initial auctions. We will mint more Verses cards based on the same paintings and stories, but these purchases will forever be the first and rarest editions.
